Sleeves run shorter than in the picture

I bought this top (a few of them) for my elderly aunt, who specifically wanted them because they are advertised as having "elbow length" sleeves. This is not true. The sleeves run mid-upper arm. And since we have missed the return window, I guess we have to keep them (bought 4.). I may try to alter the sleeves myself to be able to fold the cuff down. Disappointing, in that respect. The material is stretchy, and the colors are nice, but she won't wear them as they are now.
