Not true to size?

Not true to size. Slim fix

Runs about 2 sizes too small

I ordered a size 18W. These arrived today and they run VERY small. About 2 sizes too small and they don't even come to the ankle. They are capris, not full length pants like in the picture. I am 5'7 and am a true size 18. This purchase is a total disappointment.
