Tight Weird Uncomfortable Material

I suspect the shirt was manufactured and sized, "overseas". I bought a 3x because I wanted it to fit roomily but once I put it on, it was so tight that I knew I could never wear it, especially given the probability that when washed, the strange, itchy, unstretchable material, would shrink.

Too Short

Too short. Plus sized tops need to be longer. We have tummys, tops need to cover. I also would have liked it to be more Cotton, than poly. Liked the print, tho.
