Macys procedure for Memorial Day..

The product was good but I’m very surprised that on Memorial Day Macys did not give a discount for veteran’s while all the other stores did ? That’s not good business…

canceled order

Macy's canceled my order for this shirt saying that I didn't pick it up in time. I had 2 other shirts with this order and I picked up both today.. The box they came in looked like it was run over by a truck and torn up and not even taped back together. Why say in the email to wait until the whole order is at the store to pick up if Macy's is going to cancel the order. Poor customer service on this order all around.
