Arms not in proportion to the size

The material is of good quality and looks like it would be warm; however, the arms are not in proportion to the size. When I reach forward, like when driving, the sleeves ride up exposing about 3 inches of my arms.

This is a very cozy and warm jacket with a hoodie. I have this in green color and I like it a lot.

SO CUTE

I have this in pink and it's so very warm. It's the warmest thing in my closet. It seems to be good quality too. Doesn't shed at all and the fit is right on.

Warm

While this is a very nice jacket the fit is off. I bought an XL and a one x and don't notice any difference in size. I went larger hoping for a little more room in the arms and both sizes fit the same except the one x might be a little larger in the body.
