Horrible

I bought this shirt for a skirt I bought and the color was perfect, wore it for the first time today, went to brush something off and it tore so easily, I couldn't believe it. I am very disappointed and on top of it I cannot even return as it was a final sale item. I will not buy anything else from Macy's giving up the Macy's card. Unsatisfied customer!
