this is unacceptable

The sweater arrived with threads hanging out and a hole; this is unacceptable. Today I am going to call customer service. Macy's is my favorite store, but I have had several incidents that are making me reconsider whether I will continue being loyal to them. The quality of service and products has declined a lot recently.

Only buy in-store, not online

This sweater in size, color, and style was as described. However, there was a quality control issue with the sweater I ordered online, so I had to return it. The ribbed-knit v-neck is the only interest on this sweater, and mine was poorly made. The lines were very wavy and warped on both sides of the V. It made the sweater look cheap. If you are shopping in store, fine. Beware if you are ordering online, sight unseen.

Your Go To Sweater This Season

This sweater fits according to size and is soft and confortable. It has a easy fit without being too loose and can easily be worn with a layering piece. I love the texture around the neck line and the color is beautiful. This is a sweater I will be wearing on repeat this season.

Beautiful sweater

When I opened the package I saw a beautiful sweater! I received the light blue and it is both a great color and style. It is perfect alone or as over a shirt for cooler weather. I order it in plus size exactly for cooler weather. If you wear it alone a smaller size would be perfect.

Nice detail on the neckline

This is a good thick sweater! It doesn’t fit quite like it does on the model; I would not call it oversized at all. I ordered my regular size and it fits like…well, it’s my regular size! I would have preferred it a little bigger so I may look into maybe another color in a larger size! The detail on the v-neck really elevates it. It’s thick without being too bulky. Color is great. Overall, a nice sweater!
