Runs small

I usually wear a 5 1/2 and I can barely get my foot in the size 6 medium. I definitely can't wear socks with them. I hope nylons work.

Too Tight Toe Box

Great boot but a tight in the toe box. My boot repair shop is stretching them over the weekend so the sale price plus the stretch makes my total the regular price.

Never received ankle boots.

I purchased 4 pairs of ankle boots, never received two pairs. One is supposed to be on the way, the other two are missing without proof of being delivered. Macy's customer service said that it was delivered at 5:00 am by a company named "Victory."I have never ever heard of such nonsense. I barely understood her dialect, which was annoying. Then she offered me 25% coupon off the next purchase. Are you kidding me?Whaat? Macy's does not have proof they were delivered, no pictures, or names. This is not my first Rodeo! Then compensate with a coupon is from a wanna be high class store, that was messy. Beware before purchasing Macy's online boots. I am very unhappy and disappointed. Hopefully they return my money back to my account.
