Buttons fall off

After one week of wearing a button fell off. I sewed it back on Another button fell off the second week.

enormous

I have no idea who Macy's is making these sweaters for. I normally wear a medium but sized down as recommended, and it is still HUGE. The fabric is weird too...somewhere between chenille and felt. Just didn't like anything about this sweater.

misleading color in the picture

I saw it’s showing light color in the picture, and didn’t realize the description is charcoal. it’s very dark, which is totally different from my expectation. I would never buy it if it’s showing the right color in the picture. very disappointing.

Picture color is misleading

This is a boxy, comfy sweater. My only point of contention is that the picture shows a beige color under the listing charcoal heather and what I received is definitely dark grey. I would have preferred the beige color as pictured.
