The strands overlap on top of each other

I will keep this necklace, although the three strands with the stones and gold decor lie on top of each other when wearing the necklace. If it had a spacer between each strand, at the top, it would hang better and be quite pretty. Can three magnetic small round spacers be purchased to go between, so the necklace droplets don't overlap when wearing?
