Black Denim Jacket Medium

I love this jacket! It is perfect! I have the khaki one I got a while back and really like it but this one is even better! It has a bit of a heavy/thick feel but is so soft, has some stretch and the sleeves are long enough to fold over & still be long enough. Very happy with it in every way! I typically wear a small but the medium gives a little room to wear well with dresses and other things comfortably

Buyer Beware

So disappointed. This was the second denim jacket purchased from Macy's that fit was like my niece would wear. It was cropped above the waist, and the sleeves were too short. I was surprised, considering Charter Club is a brand is mostly geared towards middle-aged women, so who want to wear this? It just seems like clothes are made the same as what's trending, and it's irritating.

Best Fit

I really like this Style & Co denim jacket. I've worn my first one for more than a year and appreciate it more each day. For Christmas, my sister bought me another brand denim jacket. It was quite expensive, but didn't fit as well as the Style & Co jacket. I just bought my second one because it fits me exactly right.

It'll Work!

I purchased this jacket to dress up and wear to an upcoming luncheon-- It's a bit tight-- However, I know there's 'a stretch' factor to it. So I'm hoping it will be less restricted/restrictive as I continue to wear it.

Customer Service is Terrible

I needed 2 more days to pick up the item, the chat box, the 1-800 # , trying to call the store, all no help. It would be helpful if the multiple reminder emails to pick up the item, included a button for do you need more time? Clearly I wanted the item. Customer service just repeated the policy of 7 days which I was aware of and was the reason I was trying to get help.
