It’s very wrinkled after just moment of wearing it

I bought this top in maroon and in white and two different sizes. I tried on the large white and it fit nicely but within moments, it was all wrinkled around the bottom and looked pretty messy. I’m returning these items.

Way too large!

I've been wearing size large in Style and Co. tops for years and did purchase other styles along with this one. These are definitely more of an XL! They are cotton, not a cotton polyester blend as most of the others are. Will they shrink enough in the washer/dryer for me to be able to wear them? Will return them rather than risk them not shrinking enough. They would need a major shrink to fit me! Might try on a medium if there are any in stock at our local store....
