Too small

Why can’t I return this shirt? It is too small for me & I wanted to get the next size. It says it is no longer available but why can’t I get a credit?

Not acceptable quality

The top is pretty, but unfortunately, it's not good quality. I wore only one time, washed on a gentle cycle with cold water, and dried on a low heat. Unfortunately, when I took it out of the dryer, there was a hole in the shoulder. I want to return it.

Cheap and Wrinkley

It's cotton from India- that unmistakable thin, uneven, puckered kind of cotton that always needs ironing and a lot of starch. This will never look like the photo without a lot of work. Not wash & go friendly, for sure.
