Very Cute! . . . But it smells like chemicals

I had been looking for a black jean jacket for awhile and found this Style Co jacket. It is VERY cute and it fit perfectly (specifically the arm length, which was long enough). However the smell was very permeating and intolerable. The jacket smells like it was washed in chemicals, which is unfortunate because I really liked it.
