Cozy sweater

This sweater is very cozy and warm. The sizes are true to scale so you don’t need to go up or down. The design is very pretty and looks like picture. If you like ugly sweaters this one is a good choice.

Better than picture

Beautiful sweater! I ordered the lighter color, and it is gorgeous! Soft, and absolutely stunning. Much better than the photo! I bought it because it was on sale and I could not be happier with my purchase! I am 5’4”, 128lbs and bought a medium. I could have likely gone with a small, but I like a little extra room. I’m very happy with this purchase!

Worst customer service and available stock

It would be really nice if Macy’s would include a message of “WHY” this item was cancelled from my order rather than a text that only says “ORDER CANCELLED”. I’m guessing that the lack of inventory in stock and the extremely poor customer service being provided by Macy’s is leading to an announcement that Macy’s is closing their stores.

Disappointed

Wore sweater twice washing the sweater as advised. After second wash, the sweater started pilling. The sweater continues to pill after each wash and looks like a sweater from another year. Very disappointed.

Nice sweater.

I love this sweater. It feels soft on the skin and is very warm. I wore it twice and I don't know how it'll wear on time. I see signs that it might pill. Perfect fit.
