Never Received

Unfortunately, I never received my order. It appears that the package was sent using a low-cost carrier with a known history of delivery issues. A quick search shows numerous complaints from customers who, like me, never received their packages. I strongly urge Macy’s to reconsider using more reliable carriers like USPS or UPS for future shipments. This would greatly improve the customer experience and ensure timely and secure delivery. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible
