I don't ha e a problem with the shoes, but I have a problem with MACY'S. I cannot understand why they sent me a pair of shoes that were so dirty. The packaging was terrible, all the stuffings were out in the box and the shoes were not properly wrapped inside the box how new shoes should be. The bottom of the shoes were so dirty like someone's been wearing them. When I purchase a pair of shoes, I expect them to be clean and looking new.
