Poor Delivery Service

I have ordered on line from Macy's for many years and have never had any problems. With this order, Macy's apparently decided to save money on delivery by using a service called Door Dash. Door Dash said they were unable to find my address and returned my order to Macy's. Now Macy's is out of the item. Door Dash is a terribly inferior delivery service and reflects poorly on Macy's. I did not get a phone call or any notification from this delivery service that they were looking for my house (which no other delivery service has ever had trouble finding). I am so disappointed in Macy's.
