Love the color of this jacket, I own a tan colored of the same jacket . That one is a petite medium. I purchased this one in a petite small and it fits much better .

Disappointed with Customer Service, not helpful

Disappointed that I ordered the incorrect size I order Petite XL, but I meant to order a Women's XL And I realized that there was no return.. I sent an Email to ask for an exchange for the correct size that was available. Not a refund. But no response from Customer Service at JC Penny's
