Used & Abused

I ordered this sweater in navy, and they had the audacity to send me a black used sweater. The sweater had like little lint all over it the tag was attached to the middle of the sleeve on the sweater, and when I want to return it all the Navy sweaters are gone and they just sent the black in place of it send me what I asked for don’t send me anything at all!!!!!
