Skirt hem flips up

Nice fabric and nicely made but the hem of the skirt flips up. I am always trying to smooth it down but it flips back up. I would have returned it but too much time went by.

Perfect Skort!

I tried so many different skorts and they were either too short or too athletic looking. These are great for a casual every day look or an athliesure look. I bought three colors and have worn the black and navy to work with a blazer and heels. Comfortable and versatile!
