Waiting did not pay off-

Waited and waited for order to come and when it never arrived after several weeks. Got online to check on it and realized it have been shipped to the store all efforts to get them to mail it failed. Customer service suggested I reorder it, they were sold out. Was not able to provide an adequate review of the product as it never arrived and had been returned to stock. Please stop defaulting delivery to the stores. It just complicated the situation and I still done have a navy blazer.

Unstructured shoulders don't fit right

The material and quality of the blazer is good. The shoulders, however, do not have shoulder pads and hang down on my arm about 3 inches off my shoulder. I am very disappointed because I was really looking forward to having these in my wardrobe.
