When are you going to stock clothes I want to buy

I was disappointed in the pants but had accidentally cut them when opening the plastic bag it was shipped in so didn't feel I could return them. It also took forever for me to find anything to buy in the entire store because I had rewards and wanted to use them. I am SO disappointed with the selection and quality of Macy's clothes. I used to love Macy's and always found something to fill my closet but now I compare the clothes to a KMart - what has happened to you!!!! I am not alone in my opinion as many of my friends and acquaintances feel the same way. I now must venture outside my community, i.e., to Healdsburg or Sonoma, and pay much more for my clothes than I want to but at least I am finding style, quality and cuteness. Too sad! Let me know when you wake up and start offering us something worthwhile to purchase!
