Sadly a very poor experience

Purchased several cropped pants online. One item sent was the wrong item. It was a different brand and style than what was ordered. Took it back to Stoneridge Mall Macy's in Pleasanton and it took longer for the transaction to return it as it was sent incorrectly. We then tried shopping in this store and it looked like the store may be closing. The inventory was so diminished and very could not find what we wanted. Very disappointed!

Run very small

I ordered a size 8, my usual size and I couldn’t get the pants pass my knees. They definitely run small. I will be returning them to Macy’s. I will not buy this brand in a bigger size!
