Asked for review but didn't receive shoes

I was asked to provide a review before even receiving the product, so here goes. Ordered a pair of shoes 8 days ago from Macy's. After an initial thank you for your order, nothing. No word on when it will shop or arrive. Tried to use the tracking function but its just said shipping to store with no chamge. Meanwhile I ordered a pair of shoes from DSW three days later and have received multiple updates about when it shipped and when it will arrive. So, I'm wondering if my Macy's shoes will ever arrive. And if you want my opinion on that Macy's, it's not good.

Great shoes

I bought a pair of these years ago for a wedding and love them so much that I wanted other colors. My older pair has held up beautifully over the years. This is a stylish shoe I always get compliments on and I feel like you can dress them up or down. The heel height is perfect for me - a little bit of a lift, but still comfortable enough to dance in or navigate outdoor venues.
