Love the shoe

One of my shoes had a white mark on them but needed them for the next day I decided not to return them which I hated to do for the mark is noticeable!

sent dirty used shoes

After waiting for the shoes to arrive I was shocked and disappointed that the shoes I received were clearly used. The back of the heel was dirty and the bottoms of the shoes were dirty. Surprised there is not better attention to what is being sent. In trying to do an exchange I was issued a refund but could now not do a label free refund and do not have a printer. Called and chatted and still not resolved.
