Poor craftsmanship

The back was so comfortable, it’s stiff and rubbed on the back of my ankle which created a blister on both ankles.

Style not as comfortable as usual

I have another pair of shoes in this same style that I LOVE! I love this style! Unfortunately, the top strap hits my ankle bone and doesn’t fit snuggly. Im going to try to lift my foot with heel pads and see if this helps. I want these heels to work for my son’s wedding. They really are beautiful!
