Item arrived late and it’s black, not navy.

I was told this item would be delivered on October 6, but it did not arrive until October 14. Imagine my disappointment when I open it and see that the shirt is not white with navy stripes, it is white with black stripes. Very disappointing for a long time Macy’s shopper.
