Cute but not as described

I am normally a medium but find that the waist area is so big. So I ordered a small. Looks good on but the sleeves are short sleeve not 3/4. Macys, updated the listing!!! It is short sleeve!! Sadly I have to return because definitely looks better as a 3/4 sleeve.

So cute!

The dress is true to size, and great has quality material. It is cute and will be perfect for casual days at work. The picture shows 3/4 length sleeves but the dress I received is short sleeves.
