Items still has not arrived for pickup at store

Macy’s is asking for a review on this order, but unfortunately, it’s still not ready for me to pick up at the store. First time selecting that the item could be sent to the store for pickup and it’s taking forever for it to arrive. So much for trying not to pay for shipping.
