shorts fit good but do run small

I am about 125 pounds. I am close to 5’4” tall. The small was the only size left and it does fit me though I wish I had the medium as a choice. Really nice color and material.

Mislabeled??

I don’t know whether I got a pair of mislabeled shorts, but I ordered a women’s size large and the shorts I received looked like they could fit a 10 year old. They were tiny but lo and behold all the tags said “size large”. They looked like the pic but miniature sized, so weird. I have lots of this brand and I’ve never seen a large look so small. In fact I normally wear a medium, but I would be surprised if an XS could fit into these. Returning
