Don’t by

I returned them because they were too big. They were returned in store and I was advised they were from a third party. Never received a refund even though I have a receipt was insulted by customer service and went back to the store with reciept in hand, only to be told there’s nothing that can be done. I’m a platinum member and have been a loyal customer for 20 years in total. This is the final straw. I’ve had too many issues trying to get honest information from customers service. They are rude and because of the language barrier they get upset if you ask them to repeat themselves. Macy’s doesn’t have the integrity they once have. I’ve tried several times in several ways to no avail. I will be cutting up my card. I advise everyone to buy in store in case you have to return a purchase because online customer service is a waste of time and the location I went to doesn’t handle credit card issues. . Never buy third party.

Shoes a little comfortable for me.

They're a bit too comfortable because I have wider feet, and since I couldn't find a wider style of shoe in the store, I had to get these. I hope that in the future, Macy's will have more shoes inside the store that are wider in the front for women who need those styles.
