This dress is so small in the bust and did not work for me at all. What is my ability to return? It has never been worn still has tags.

My favorite everyday dress

I have always loved these dresses. Unfortunately Macy’s doesn’t offer them in petites anymore. So sad. I just live in these dresses. The only reason I gave four stars is because they don’t sell the dress in petites anymore.why?
