The description says these pants are 28" long- I purchased them online and I'm so disappointed they are way too long to even fold up. These are a final clearance item and therefore can't be returned. I will have to pay to get them hemmed to 28".
Flattering and Comfortable
These pants are very comfortable and flattering. They're a little long for my 5'2" height, so I needed to hem them, but otherwise they fit great. I love the color and was happy to find them in Macys Last Act section at a great price.

I did not expect the pants to be so good, but out of my expectations, it looks very good and chic. The color is so special.

Much heavier fabric then indicated
This is a winter weight fabric, a brushed finish which should be marketed for colder climes. The medium just fits (29 waist, 41 hips) but the length indicated isn’t correct. It’s longer than 29” inseam. Machine washed, put in dryer for minutes then line dried and definitely needed ironed. The pants are stiff and heavy not attractive qualities for me. Living in Florida, and with the fabric weight, these may be a total waste for me. Again, wish Macy included more product fit, sizing information.
Stunned at the Service Counter
I ordered my merchandise sent to the store because I enjoy having an excuse to come into the brick and mortar to shop. Also, it’s an opportunity to give the Service Counter opportunities to shine. I have to say that once I told the Sales Associate that I was picking up an order, I was treated as if I was not worth her time or trouble. It was almost as if it was too much trouble for her to go to the back room. As the Wi-Fi in our local Macy’s is very rarely active, I was unable to pull up my order. Instead of greeting me with the classic Macy’s service affirmation…”No Problem” … I was treated as if I was too dumb to make Macy’s wi-fi work. (At one point she was even talking about sending me to Accessories to see if my order was in their back room. NOTE: I would have walked out the door without my merchandise.) After we “danced”, she picked my order. Deflated, I decided not to shop for the cardigan I need, and left the store…
Darn near perfect jeans!
Love the fit of these jeans and they work well with boots (cowboy boots, that is). They come up to my waist, which is difficult to find these days and have just enough stretch to feel great on. My only complaint is that they are just a little bit too long for my 5'3" frame. I will try the petite sizes next time, however, these were not available in petites when I bought them.
