Great quality

I typically wear a medium, bought this is a small and it fits perfectly. I can wear over swim suit or with tennis shoes. It is nice quality

Didn't like them

Ordered navy blue and pink both in size small because I wear small in women's and medium in Juniors. The pink one fit nicely with enough room that it looked flowy but just didn't like the cut on my body type which is curvy. Navy blue one didn't fit in small size it was too tight so different colors fit differently I guess. Returned both.
