Glass broke then waterfall ensued

I received this as a wedding gift and was looking forward to using it. We hosted our first party of the season, with the drink dispenser totally full of homemade strawberry lemonade. Everything was going great until one of my friends used the drink dispenser and an entire circle of glass around the nozzle cracked. The little nozzle plus glass and then all the contents inside came spewing out onto the floor full blast waterfall style. All my poor friend could do was try and cover the hole with her hand (useless, that lemonade was coming out with the pressure of a full jug of lemonade) while calling for help and getting the waterfall of lemonade all over herself. Thankfully it was on tile and didn’t ruin a carpet, but I’m super disappointed that after just the first use it’s now trash.
