Return is not showing

I returned this item, but still showing as not returned I packed and returned both items on the same shipment, how come earrings as returned and refunded, chain is not showing as returned? Any help is appreciated

Nice Necklace for price

Really beautiful necklace for special events, it does turn and you have to adjust quite often so diamonds will lay flat.
