All in all great shoe!

Pretty shoe! But ran a bit big in the heel area. We couldnt find any other dress shoes to go with concert dress so we kept these and did aome blister bandages on heel area to make them not slip so bad.

Horrible ordering experience

I placed an order for these shoes on Nov. 24 and have yet to receive them. I spoke with customer service last week and they told me the shoes should come in this week. I checked the website for updates this morning and it stated my return had been completed. I have never received any shoes. Ordering and customer service is terrible. I will not be ordering from Macy’s any longer and will be cancelling my credit card.

So Disappointed

Ordered these on Oct. 30, 2025 for my grand daughter for Christmas. Today Dec. 12, 2025 still has not arrived. Customer service useless! AI Driven with no resolve and Macy's on line chat was just as useless. Not being able to talk to a live customer service rep upsetting and more than that these systems cancelled the order completely without my permission.

Girls dresses

I am not Robert .I am Victoria Evans. I am very pleased with the dresses and one pair of shoes I ordered for my grand daughters. These items were packed in a sturdy box and the came out perfect. Great shoe and price

My 8 year old daughter loved these although she prefers sneakers. The color was perfect to match with different colored clothes, the heel wasn't too tall and they fit her well, with a little bit of room in case she wants to wear them with socks.
