Cute boots cheaply made
Pink boots are cute . Size 11 very roomy when wanted 101/2. Very cheaply made as you wear them around the zipper frays and a lot of stings from cheap material start to fray leaving pieces everywhere you have to trim to zip up .

Cheap Trash
These boots are cheap trash. The first time I wore them they got scuffed up. By the third time I wore them, the entire boot is scuffed up and the heel came off. You can definitely find better for cheaper. I do desk work. I put on my shoes when I park at work. Sit at my desk all day and take them off when I get in the car. There’s no reason these boots should look this terrible.

HORRIBLE SERVICE/False Advertisement
I ordered these boots in black, a size 9, approximately 2 weeks ago. The shoes were delivered on 12/19/23. I opened the package, which the box was completely destroyed and the shoes were a size 8. I tried to return them, but wasn’t able because all of a sudden they were listed as “final sale.” Prior to me placing the order, the website didn’t mention anything about “final sale” or no returns. I called & spoke with a representative that told me the same thing and for me to try and bring them back to the store, which may not guarantee an exchange or refund. I was also told that he would send me a link to return them, which I’m still awaiting. Macy’s is wrong for the lies and false advertisement!!!!
