Run very small

I purchased 9 1/2 and they were at least 1- 1 1/2 sizes too small compared to my other sandals the same size

I did not receive this item. I spoke to a customer service rep the other day and they are sending me a replacement. This is the first time this has ever happened with any delivery let alone Macy's.
