Extremely Disappointing!

I never received the 2 bamboo lap top desks that I ordered and paid for. This was my daughter's birthday gift. Instead, they sent two packs of Tupperware style containers. Because it came from a company other than Macy's, I reached out to them. After many emails of me sending them proof of what we received, they finally said they would ship out the lap top desks. We still never received them and after weeks of silence I reached out to them again, but the email address I replied to is now invalid. I reached out to Macy's who told me that since it had been more than 30 days, they could not help me. This is a very disappointing situation. I believe that Macy's should have helped me to communicate with the other company to receive the items I paid for. If I could give this zero stars, I would.
