Product does not meet expectations

I’m writing this review regarding a TV stand I purchased from Sugift through Macy’s online. The item arrived with noticeable damage, specifically chipped wood on the front, which became very apparent after assembly. Had I known the product would arrive in this condition, I would not have purchased it at full price and could have opted for a used item at a significantly lower cost. This was very disappointing. I have contacted the vendor, Sugift, multiple times and was informed that a partial refund would be issued. However, it has now been over a week, and I have yet to receive the refund. I hope Sugift sees this review and promptly resolves the issue by issuing the promised refund. I will update or remove this review once the matter is resolved.
