Horrible Experience all around

This product ARRIVED broken. HIRED Task rabbit to put together and still had to pay for their time. When I called Macys for a replacement, Customer Service Reps stated they had to contact 3p seller and would let me know a response in 3-5 business days. WHAT???? I am taking the time to call you and I have to wait 3 - 5 days for a resolution. I have NEVER obtained such poor customer service from Macys before. I then demanded a refund and am considering canceling my Macys card because Macys now sells 3rd party products and makes exchanges unnecessarily difficult.
