Be careful when moving the chair
The legs are molded plastic, not rubberwood. The chair is reasonably easy to assemble, but it's held together by gravity. You slide the seat cushion and chair back into brackets on the arms, and there is no additional fastening. Thus if you try to lift the chair by the seat or back, it will come apart. The seat cushion is comfortably firm, and the back is perpendicular to the floor. I like this because it supports my back and keeps me from slouching.
Order Mussing Parts, Customer Service Lacking
I received the chair fairly quickly, and it is nice but it arrived without legs or back pillow. I have had trouble reaching a Macy's rep and when I did, all they could do was send an email.to the 3rd party seller. I am supposed to hear back in 3 to 5 days. It has been 4. Not happy.

Could’ve Gone Better.
Chair was a gift for my sister. First off it was delivered the night before it was expected. It as 9pm & it was left in the driveway in the snow. My sister was made to go out in the freezing cold and push the box into their garage. Chair is nice enough, but was difficult to assemble for my 77 year old sister and her 84 year old husband.
