Dryer

The instructions dont tell you the screw you need is on the black pole. I had to an assembly video to find that out. I was ready to return it and started looking on YouTube for this type of dryer assembly. You will need pliers to loosen the screw. After that assembly is super easy

Salon Standing Hair Dryer Bonnet Rolling Heater

I had to return this item to Macy's. Firstly, it was missing important screws (two) so I could not continue to try to assemble it. Secondly, the stand legs/wheels are poorly built, plastic, maybe not strong enough to withstand much -- making assembly very difficult. The legs did not stay fixed in place and the screws were missing. Perhaps the bonnet part works well-- I did not get the opportunity to get that far. Because Macy's was advertising this item, I thought it had to be good quality but unfortunately not.

Don’t Buy

Stay away from this product, the seller does not advertise the warranty which is 3 months (really short time). The product stopped working after 2 months and the seller had the audacity try and not honor the warranty, instead offered me a $5 coupon so I could buy another one. I had to reach out to Macys Third Party department to get involved so I could get my money back. What a waste of time and money.

Must have!!!

So far, very good. I was hesitant about buying this, but there have been zero issues so far. Would definitely recommend Really makes Sunday hair wash day so much faster in my house. Worth every penny.

Not for long hair with LARGE rollers.

I was excited when it arrived but it's a bit smaller than expected. I have long hair so I use large rollers and had difficulty fitting into bonnet. Has great temp settings and timer.

Love it!

Very satisfied with my purchase! The delivery was great and putting the dryer together was a breeze! The dryer contains a timer and temperature knob which is wonderful. Very wise investment if you hope to cut back on salon visits like me.
