It was good in the beginning then just started leaking and just stopped working, love your products but this was a total disappointment. I just threw it out, but I will still buy your products. Loved the little snowblower was amazing and the foam car broom

love the washer hate the trigger sprayer quality
love the pump love the unit love the battery that’s removable and HATE HATE HATE the fact that as others have noted : the PLATIC BAYONET connector for the trigger sprayer broke after barely a dozen uses and worse still I CANT EASILY ORDER A REPLACEMENT UGH

I really want to like this but...
A very nice product when it's working. My main use is to clean bike/kayak after use as well as giving myself a quick rinse after a day of activity. As previous commenter have noted the plastic nozzles easily break. This is where the hoses attach to the main unit. I have had 2 thus far and now the 3rd one has also broke after a few weeks of use. Sunjoe was very good with replacing the first 2. Also, on the 3rd unit leaks developed on the underside. I did not have that issue previously. I am now in the market for another similar unit.

Not the same as the older version
This is my second Sunjoe sprayer. The first one worked great (2022 year). The second one appears the same but has much less pressure and less volume of water too. Seems like a smaller motor or something. The video on the website is completely inaccurate in the water pressure that is shown. My new one doesn't get even close to that. The new size is easier to handle and seems better built, other then the spay being weaker etc.

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT
Nice idea but needs improvement! The hose over time gets pin holes, the connecter for the hose to latch on sticks way out chance of breaking off. Takes forever to get replacement parts!

I had this for a few years, works great. Recently the spray nozzle Gun broke, and I tried to buy a replacement on this website, but can't find it anywhere and I couldn't send the email to help@shopjoe.com, it keeps rejecting my email. Was happy with it until the spray nozzle broke
I like it a lot, it served many purposes when it comes to wash down but unfortunately, the spray nozzle doesn’t last long before it cracked due to weak designed. I wish that they sell a replacement nozzles!
