I bought this mower to cut my front yard. After the first cut, which was really nice, I extended to my back yard after purchasing an additional battery. My yard is fairly big, I'm on a corner lot. I have quickly upped my game. I am cutting on the lowest setting and my yard looks like a golf course. Not sure about the other reviews, my 2 batteries are more than enough to finish my yard with 2 bars to spare. As far as streaking, like any mower, you have to overlap your cuts or cut in different directions. Love it so far, I hope it lasts through the summer

Broken reel
Just started using my 24V-CRLM15 about a month or so ago and the reel has broken. Took a good look at it and doesn’t seem to be repairable. Which I hope isn’t the case. Searched the website/ other sites and could find a replacement reel. Yes it got caught on some mulch a couple of times but nothing that should have cased it to break the way it did. Love using this machine as it cuts the grass nice and short. Any suggestions sun joe?

Needs More Blades
Had my yard leveled last year and this does great at 0.6". I only with you had an upgrade available for a 7-blade drum for an even better cut.

Easy and practical
Super compact, easy to use, easy to charge and makes mowing our small yard an easy task to take on ourselves. Very happy so far with this lawn lower kit. Another great product from SunJoe that fits within anyones buget.

Packs lots of power!
I have about 2 acres of yard to cut, and use a riding mower for the majority of it. I do have smaller areas however that I have always used a push mower for. This works way better than my old gas push mower without a doubt! Out of the box, assembly was simple, took less than 15 minutes. It is easily adjustable for length cut. Battery takes about an hour to fully charge. The area I use the mower for takes around 30- 40 minutes to cut, and the fully charged battery lasts at least that long, but I believe it would last longer. I have not noticed any loss of battery power or drop off within the time frame of my use. It is quiet, easy to use, no resistance when pushing, starts right up every time, and simple to maintain and clean. The best part is it gives a very nice even cut, the first time!

Perfect if your lawn is perfect!
The first thing I noticed upon opening the box was how lightweight this lawnmower was. Very easy to move around and the wheels glide smoothly. My husband didn't even have to look at the instructions to figure out how to put it together. It was actually pretty easy to do and took about 5 minutes. Make sure to fully charge the battery before using it for the first time. After the battery was charged, it was time to put it to work. It was important that this was easy to use and easy to push and it did not disappoint. Much easier than my previous one. I was surprised to see how quiet it was compared to other lawn mowers. If there is one thing I dread on Sunday mornings is hearing the neighbors' lawn mowers. Well, this one is not even close as noisy. I love the way the grass-collection bag is set up. It does not spread clippings everywhere and I didn't have to wear sunglasses to protect myself from grass and debris. It is also pretty bag, so if you have a small yard you probably won't have to empty it much. I think this lawn mower is perfect for a yard that is flat, without any bumps/rocks, without a lot of thick weeds. It seems to do an amazing job in such areas. However, my yard is pretty bumpy and there are a lot of weeds that prevent the lawn mower from running smoothly. While it does cut the actual grass properly, it has a hard time going over thick weeds, so it starts slowing down. Just to make sure I was right, I asked my neighbor if he would let me try it in his yard, since his grass looks perfect. He would have been happy if I would have cut the whole yard, but that wasn't going to happen. I tried it for a minute and I was pleased with the result. It runs very smoothly on perfect grass. So if you have one of those perfectly manicured lawns, I highly recommend it. It is quiet, easy to move around and it does a great job.

Terrible purchase
The product is terrible. I have a guy cut the lawn, and go behind him a day later, and it will not cut Bermuda grass at all. Leaves spots even after three passes. No way enough power to do anything,
