Christmas Gift Gone Wrong

Received the product and my son loved it. Sadly, upon opening, we discovered that the security dye pack was still attached. Since we ordered this online, we were surprised to find it there. We are now faced with driving all the way to the store to remediate, which is what I was trying to avoid by ordering online.
