Can't Review Item I Never Received

It's been over three weeks since I ordered the sweater and it still has not arrived. Did you send it on the back of a turtle šŸ¢? If you want people to order merchandise from you you will need to do a much better job with delivery.

Never Received

Can not review this item since it has not arrived on the promised delivery date. Macy's can't shut down the majority of their brick-and-mortar locations and ask people to order from their website then they should meet promised delivery dates.
