Instantly fell apart

I spent a lot on this sweater and even hand washed iit’ but it has all begun unraveling along the seams. It was delivered in December, given for Christmas and already unusable by mid-February. I want to get my money back or have it replaced. Very frustrating.

ITEM NOT SHIPPED

Ordered 12/5/24 but they said it was delivered in June, 2024. Some of the cs agents were rude and wouldn’t escalate the call. They hang up on you. I wouldn’t recommend online shopping with Macys. They said they re-shipped it with expedited delivery but I doubt it’ll come before Christmas.
